THerapeutic Group Series
Each series is taught through a trauma informed lens with a focus on creating an inclusive, accessible, and inviting space. No previous yoga experience is required and all series are suitable for absolute beginners, seasoned practitioners and everyone in between.
With each group series you’ll receive:
Recorded videos of shorter classes (10-15mins), PDF guides of yoga poses, and/or audio recordings of meditations and breathing practices to support you each week
Educational resources that cover the theme of each week’s class
Small class size to foster community as we move, breathe and learn together
Moving with Kindness - Therapeutic Yoga for Chronic and Persistent Pain
Join me for Therapeutic Yoga class focussed on reducing the experience of pain, increasing ease of movement and cultivating self-compassion and resilience. Based on modern pain science, this class will include mindful movement, guided meditation, breathing practices and gentle self-massage/myofascial release. Guidelines of safety and confidence when moving with pain will be explored and with each class, themes of self-kindness and empowerment will be offered.
What you'll learn:
● An introduction to the science of pain and how therapeutic yoga can help
● Gentle, accessible and inclusive yoga postures and sequences
● Kind, adaptable guidelines to help facilitate ease and confidence of movement
● Breath and guided meditation techniques to calm the nervous system and foster self-compassion

Cultivating Calm - Therapeutic Yoga For Nervous System Support
Join me for this therapeutic yoga series designed to support your nervous system, to restore inner calm and to help build resilience through kind and gentle practices. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, each weekly session offers accessible therapeutic yoga tools and techniques that encourage compassion, self-awareness and nourishing movement and rest. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout or simply seeking more steadiness in your life, this series offers a supportive space to slow down, breathe and reconnect.
Through mindful movement, breathing practices and guided meditation/relaxation you’ll learn everyday tools to calm your body, quiet your mind and nurture your capacity to meet challenges with greater ease. This workshop is trauma-informed and accessible - no previous yoga experience is required and beginners are welcomed.
