THerapeutic Group Series
Each series is taught through a trauma informed lens with a focus on creating an inclusive, accessible, and inviting space. No previous yoga experience is required and all series are suitable for absolute beginners, seasoned practitioners and everyone in between.
With each group series you’ll receive:
Recorded videos of shorter classes (10-15mins), PDF guides of yoga poses, and/or audio recordings of meditations and breathing practices to support you each week
Educational resources that cover the theme of each week’s class
Small class size to foster community as we move, breathe and learn together
Rest and Resilience - Therapeutic Yoga for Perimenopause and Menopause Support
Perimenopause and Menopause can bring unexpected changes to sleep, mood, energy and the way your body feels day to day. This 4-week therapeutic yoga series offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, rest deeply and reconnect with your body during this time of transition, offering gentle practices for sleep, stress, and balance.
Rest and Resilience is designed to support your nervous system and overall wellbeing through gentle movement, breathwork and restorative practices. Each class invites you to move at your own pace, listen to your body and build tools you can carry with you into daily life. No prior yoga experience is needed.
In this series, you will learn how to:
Support better sleep and rest through calming breathwork and deep relaxation
Reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm by gently regulating the nervous system
Ease physical tension, joint stiffness and fatigue with slow, supported movement
Navigate emotional changes with greater steadiness and self-compassion
What you will receive:
Gentle, accessible practices including mindful movement, breathwork, restorative yoga and guided relaxation
A calm, non-judgmental environment and a small group atmosphere
Simple at-home practices to support sleep, stress relief and balance between classes
This series is ideal for those experiencing perimenopause and menopause who are seeking a softer, supportive approach to movement and wellbeing. All bodies and identities are welcome and care is offered in a respectful, inclusive space. This workshop is trauma-informed and accessible - no previous yoga experience is required and beginners are welcomed._

Moving with Kindness - Therapeutic Yoga for Chronic and Persistent Pain
Join me for a Therapeutic Yoga class focussed on reducing the experience of pain, increasing ease of movement and cultivating self-compassion and resilience. Based on modern pain science, this class will include mindful movement, guided meditation, breathing practices and gentle self-massage/myofascial release. Guidelines of safety and confidence when moving with pain will be explored and with each class, themes of self-kindness and empowerment will be offered.
What you'll learn:
-Modern pain science as it relates to chronic and persistent pain and the experience of the body, mind and nervous system when in pain and when in relaxation
-Practices and guidelines to instill safety and confidence when moving with pain
-Yoga tools and techniques to help with calming the nervous system, reducing tension, increasing range of motion and building strength as a way to help with the day-to-day experience of pain
What you’ll receive:
-Recorded videos (10-15mins) and audio recordings of Yoga Therapy tools and techniques to support you each week
-Small class size to foster community as we move, breath and learn together

Cultivating Calm - Therapeutic Yoga For Nervous System Support
Join me for this therapeutic yoga series designed to support your nervous system, to restore inner calm and to help build resilience through kind and gentle practices. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, each weekly session offers accessible therapeutic yoga tools and techniques that encourage compassion, self-awareness and nourishing movement and rest. Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, burnout or simply seeking more steadiness in your life, this series offers a supportive space to slow down, breathe and reconnect.
Through mindful movement, breathing practices and guided meditation/relaxation you’ll learn everyday tools to calm your body, quiet your mind and nurture your capacity to meet challenges with greater ease. This workshop is trauma-informed and accessible - no previous yoga experience is required and beginners are welcomed.
