Immerse yourself in a weekend of soothing movement, mindful meditation and intentional rest in gorgeous Port Rexton August 23, 24 and 25, 2024. This restorative and rejuvenating escape invites you to connect with the rhythmic waves, the coastal views and to find inner peace and calm through yoga and guided meditation.
The retreat offers a blissful blend of yoga sessions and free time, encouraging you to explore the local communities, food scene and breath-taking walks and hikes. Yoga sessions are designed for an in-depth exploration of what soothes and steadies you – from accessible and kindness challenges in our morning flow classes to ease, release and freedom in our evening Restorative and Yin sessions.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this weekend will give you the space to move mindfully, to breath deeply and to nourish your body, breath, heart and mind.
This is a small group retreat with 10 spots available.

Location: Wild Spirit Yoga Studio, Port Rexton
Friday August 23
6pm (2hrs) – Evening Stretch and Soothe - Yin and Restorative Yoga
Saturday August 24
6:10am (30mins) – Sunrise Session - Outdoor guided meditation and movement
10am (90mins) – Morning Flow – Accessible and gentle yoga with kind challenges
2:00pm - Optional afternoon hike (walking meditation guidance offered)
6pm (2hrs) – MyoYin (myofascial release and gentle Yin Yoga) and Yoga Nidra
Sunday August 25
6:10am (30mins) – Sunrise Session – Outdoor guided meditation and movement
10am (90mins) – Morning Flow – Accessible and gentle flow with kind challenges
Pricing and Registration Details:
$200+HST (Payable by EMT in full to secure your space)
Includes 6 yoga sessions and coffee, tea and yummy local treats each day
